		<description>The quality of the tweets is important. As is the regularity.  Take an example: &lt;a href=&#039;http://www.twitter.com/sigmarjobs&#039; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;http://www.twitter.com/sigmarjobs&lt;/a&gt;.
The profile has only been active since 16th May.  Sigmar are prolific posters so their jobs show up in places like &lt;a href=&#039;http://www.twitterjobsearch.com&#039; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;www.twitterjobsearch.com&lt;/a&gt; really well.
They have a healthy number of followers too for such a short timeframe.  There is currently no content apart from jobs.  This has a slightly negative effect on keeping followers.  There have been nearly 300 followers in the time the profile has been active.  The falloff is fairly big, but that is partly because of not returning follows.  
You may also want to consider the quality of the follower.  Do you want somebody who is just trying to connect to as many people as possible?  That depends on how many are following them I suppose and how many get rich quick schemes you can handle in a day.
