Outside these main referral sources, are there any others which you recommend are worth putting time and effort into developing?

The general guidelines are: – if you are looking for the traffic from Ireland you are better of having the web is the in the Irish IP space and the Irish Domain (.ie). Your inbound links should also be from the Irish IP space and from the Irish domains. As many of them really, and as popular (linked to) as possible.
SAMPLE: A link from this blog is good for any recruitment agency in Ireland who is looking for visitors from Ireland.
