The new Monster.ie website may have new features but it has a problem when viewed from an IE browser. In the Manage My Cv section you will see a down arrow under the heading Actions. this down arrow displays a drop-down menu for actions to be taken on your CV. But due to a design flaw with the IE browser, the drop-down menu is partially obscured by the advertisement image below the create new CV button. Monster is aware of the issue, but has not been rectified as yet.
