SEO is one of the most satisfying jobs around. I know the feeling I get when I achieve a top ranking, and the money comes rolling is second to only one other thing :) The reason it's hard to get a dedicated SEO is because anybody who can do it well work for themselves and reap the rewards themselves. Example a company says they will pay you X to achieve a top ranking for the term "widgets". If you get the term "widgets" to number one you could sell that traffic to any widget company and make X all day every day. Once you have the Goose that lays the golden egg it's pointless renting it out. Actually not true at all Ger. SEO is one of the most satisfying jobs around.
